I thrive in both team based and self directed environments, having led peers through scouting, taught large groups in youth programs, and supported community service initiatives. The Federation of North American Explorer (FNE) is a traditional scouting group which I joined a few years ago. I rose to the rank of Assistant Patrol Chief and then to the Patrol Chief where I lead a group of six other high school boys. Along with another Patrol Chief, I planned activities such as campouts and coordinated the logistics of several events.
