Leading growth across Paid Social, creative, and new channels. Team of 2 full-time, 1 working student, plus freelancers and creative agency partners. What I'm working on: ▸ Scaling Paid Social profitably as the channel matures ▸ Building new growth channels beyond Paid Social - Native Advertising, Direct Response, TV, and whatever earns a place in the mix ▸ Integrating AI into our creative and analytical workflows ▸ Making sure growth is sustainable: LTV, retention, contribution margin, not just top-of-funnel volume ▸ Keeping the strategy current with how fast this space moves

Owned Paid Social (Meta, TikTok) as a core acquisition engine for the brand. ▸Established Meta as one of our most important acquisition channels and scaled new customer acquisition while consistently reducing CAC ▸Managed the creative pipeline and freelancer network supporting paid ▸Tested and launched new channels including TV ▸Adapted strategy continuously to the constant shifts in the Paid Social landscape (iOS changes, algorithm shifts, attribution challenges - the usual)
•Development and execution of strategic marketing concepts in all key markets (Germany, Sweden, United Kingdom, Netherlands, Italy) •Introducing and upscaling of various marketing channels. Responsible for all paid social media marketing, native advertisement (Online Marketing) as well as podcasts and radio campaigns (offline marketing). Temporary responsible for Readly’s affiliate marketing. •Coordination of cross functional teams to develop unique marketing and communication concepts to increase Readly’s subscriber base and brand awareness •Development and execution of internal work processes to increase efficiencies between different departments •Automization of repetitive marketing processes •Briefing, coordination and control of co-operations with agencies as well as further external business partners •Introduction and integration of new team members into the growth marketing team •Responsible for significant marketing budgets and creating performance reports for the upper management on a regular basis •Working in an intercultural team in different European offices •Regular business trips to Readly’s headquarters in Stockholm as well as Readly’s further offices in Sweden, England and the Netherlands
