In charge of managing this private, medium-sized corporation which focuses on the manufacturing of power plant components with a history of more than 25 years. In particular, we deal with the manufacturing and the delivery of: - Piping systems (machine-related and connecting pipelines for gas- and steam turbines, generators and synchronous condensers) - Pipe control units (valves, pressure switches, etc.) - Turnkey systems (skids)
Being responsible for all sales activities of GE Power’s product portfolio including drives, motors, automation & control systems for the power generation as well as the oil & gas market, deputy head of department.
Being responsible for the management and creation of a team of sales representatives, part-time founder of KernCut, building and expanding KernCut’s international manufacturing network within Asia, outsourcing all resource-intensive business processes.
Being responsible for small and medium sized enterprises, deputy general manager, guiding interdisciplinary project teams with up to 15 project engineers, research and development activities in the area of renewable energies, designing water and steam cycles of fossil fired power plants including the order process of all related components, budget- and sales responsibility up to 3 Mio. EUR per project.
Delegation from Erlangen to Dubai, being responsible for sales activities of all combined cycle power plants in the Middle East as well as South Asia, responsible for opportunity and risk management, guiding interdisciplinary and intercultural project teams with up to 12 proposal engineers, budget- and sales responsibility – Projekt volume up to 1 billion EUR.
Being responsible for the standardization of Siemens future combined cycle power plantsdeveloping standardized and cost optimized power plant solutions , guiding interdisciplinary and intercultural project teams with up to 10 project engineers, responsible for Siemens R&D budget.
Being responsible for the order processing of combined cycle power plants as well as steam power plants, in charge of all main pumps and auxiliary pumps, compressors and heat exchangers.
