Hello... My name is Mike Keith. I have a BS and MS in Aerospace Engineering. I am a certified Textron Six Sigma Black Belt and have been working and leading Lean projects for the past 5 years. I have a passion for driving change and eliminating waste from both manufacturing and transactional processes. I help organization reduce setup time, cycle time, Work In Process Inventory, and get products to the customer faster. I am a devoted, loyal, conscientious team player that works well with everyone. PROBLEM SOLVER: Using principles of DMAIC and pulling from prior engineering skills able to quickly solve any type of problem from transactional business processes to manufacturing related issues. TEAM COLLABORATOR: Known for high diversity and getting along with everyone. Possess a genuine collaborative spirit engaging others across functional lines, cross disciplines and multiple layers within the company to help everyone accomplish more. ADAPTABLE: Very adept with dealing with ambiguity.
