Ensure all work is done safely, effectively, and according to bylaws. • Plan and review route and field inspection with a wide variety of stakeholder. • Prepare and create memos for specific permit types regarding policy changes. • Created the axle overweight permit process - review vehicle inquiry on load ban roadways and to issue axle overweight permit base on risk matrix. • Review and issue other ROW permits: mobile Community signs, Banner over Roadway, Food Truck, Street Use, Special Parking, Horse Drawn.
