Spent 7 years at Fleming's in Walnut Creek since before its opening in 2007 developing relationships and ties to the Walnut Creek community and driving the steakhouse team forward through some of the toughest years in the industry. Moved to the heart of Silicon Valley; Palo Alto, for an additional three years striving for excellence in service, mentoring several management team members and driving a restaurant with annual sales topping $8 million.
Directed operations for start-up, restaurant company with restaurants in Norfolk, VA, Colorado Springs, CO, and Covington, KY. Duties included: budget and forecast report development; restaurant real-estate development; city and state government logistics planning for 10 companies; critical-path planning and execution, business development and successful launch for several restaurants.
Successfully developed two struggling Morton's Steakhouses into viable and profitable entities in very difficult, fine-dining, steakhouse markets. Continued to increase the VIP guest base through calculated and dramatic turnaround in guest' service.
Worked full-time at Vegas' premier, fine-dining restaurant while attending UNLV Master's in Hospitality program as a full-time student.
