· Perform accurate field surveys capturing field data as required for design and equipment needs for construction. · Develop drawings, using electronic devices, photographs, or other specified formats, to project manager and client. Skilled at: Taking comprehensive field notes for buried, underground, and aerial copper and fiber cable systems and associated plant. I’m Intimately familiar with OSP for telecommunications, routing standards, and construction methods. I document accurate, neat field notes to ensure pertinent aspects are communicated clearly to the lead designer or customer.

Perform the full range of technical inspections of commercial and residential buildings during various stages of construction and remodeling to ensure compliance with applicable architectural and structural codes, ordinances and regulations; works with developers, contractors and homeowners to maintain code requirements and resolve problems relating to code compliance.
As assistant superintendent I was responsible for managing and performing the daily QC responsibilities to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with the established minimum standards. This included direct oversight and review of the entire documentation and physical inspection phase of the work flow process and working with other in-house personnel (e.g.: Project Managers, Superintendents, etc.) and external personnel to produce and document a quality product.
