As the Undergradate Administrative Assistant, I worked closely with the Undergraduate Academic Advisor. My primary duties involved ensuring students had the most accurate up to date information involving their degrees. This would include emailing any students not meeting the requirements necessary, maintaining a database of tutors, and scheduling appointments with the Academic Advisor. I would also work closely with the Associate Chair to help place Instructors for the upcoming semester, including procuring classrooms and helping to orient any of the PhD Candidates who would be teaching that semester. I also worked with the professors to put their book orders in for the upcoming semester.
