• Reorganise and manage business operation of support and helpdesk service for top key account segment on local and WW coverage with a team of 200 FTE operating at four sites in AT • Partner management of outsourcing supplier, internal business units and client stakeholder • Develop strategy and implement Operational Excellence and QM programs to maintain improvement of service quality and occupancy of resources • Evaluate and redesign customer service portfolio enabling total customer view and E2E service
