Responsibilities as Technical Director: - Provide technical guidance - Ensure efficient and prompt technical sales support and ensure timely completion of internal assembly work - Continuously improve the quality standard of work and enforce the company's quality objectives and policy - Ensure responsible use of resources within the company Organizational activities: - Strategic and technical management of mechanical design, electrical design, automation, assembly, electrical assembly and manufacturing departments - Personnel responsibility for subordinate employees: determining personnel requirements, assessing employees, conducting personnel interviews if necessary - Determination of investment needs in subordinate departments, coordination of necessary investments with management and department heads - Creating and maintaining a sales price list in the ERP system. Technical activities: - Preparation of requirement specifications, functional specifications and offers - Development of concepts for new designs as input for sales and customer service as well as for research and development - Analysis of processes with the aim of further optimization and cost reduction - Checking project conformity and compliance with customer requirements
