Having spent many years on the client side of retail construction for an international retail brand, I understand exactly what retailers expect from a construction partner: reliable delivery, transparent communication and stores opening exactly when the business needs them. Before my career in construction and real estate, I spent several years as a professional Basketball player. That experience shaped the way I approach leadership and projects: teamwork, discipline, resilience and performance under pressure are values I still bring to every project and partnership. Today I lead the German business of Terp&Co, an international retail construction and fit-out company delivering projects for global brands across Europe.
