My career has taken me from project leadership roles in waste-to-energy and biomass power plants to heading utility departments with multi-million-dollar capital investments and direct leadership responsibility. In my previous positions, I led teams of up to 15 employees for many years, both technically and in terms of personnel management, with a leadership style built on trust, clarity, and shared goals.
