A qualified occupational therapist since 2023, I am currently working as a Children's Occupational Therapist within the Child Development Centre at Brighton General Hospital. I have experience working within Intermediate Care Services promoting physical recovery and safe discharge of recent acute hospital discharges. I have also spent a number of years working within Urgent Community Response teams to prevent avoidable admissions and support acute hospital discharges. My Occupational Therapy placements provided me experience within community and in-patient mental health services, local authority independent living and acute hospital discharge teams.
