    1) Consultant to develop Chelsea Market 2002-2005 under Irwin Cohen and 2006-2017 under Jamestown Properties; 1a) friendly but active consultant to Jamestown for Industry City, BKLYN, Ponce City Market, Falchi LIC, Ghirardelli SF, IDB Boston; 2) helped create and open the Tippler (cocktail bar, opened 2011) in the basement of Chelsea Market; 3) re-branded the beloved Ronnybrook Farm Dairy into Creamline (burger/shake/beer bar; opened 2016 x 2 locations) ; 4) opened El Original TXMX in Hell's Kitchen (opened 2015); 5) helped create Bar Gonzo cocktails and tapas on the cabana-veranda @ Cassa Times Square (opening soon 2018); 6) helped create and develop Chelsea Music Hall, winter 2018 6) permanent, albeit rare member (as of 2015) of Brooklyn, TX based band, The Defibulators.
