Also assisted in searches for a Chief of Staff for Duke Health's Vice President of Patient Care Services/System Chief Nurse Executive, a Director of Hospice and additional Sourcing Analysts for Duke's team.

Based in HCA's corporate headquarters in Nashville, developed/implemented recruiting strategies focused on immediate and anticipated Chief Nursing Officer, ER Director and Surgical Services needs of HCA's 168 hospitals across the U.S. ranging from 100 bed community hospitals to 700+ bed tertiary care facilities. Successfully recruited external senior nurse executives for Chief Nursing Officer needs at 23 HCA owned acute care assets including: two 700-bed flagship hospitals in Denver and Las Vegas, Tulane Medical Center, a 190-bed children's hospital in San Antonio, a 270-bed hospital in Myrtle Beach, a Long Term Acute Care Hospital in Jacksonville, and multiple hospitals in Florida and Texas.
