After 10 years in brick-and-mortar retail, including roles in Buying and Purchasing, I transitioned into eCommerce in 2013 and have since helped build one of Europe’s leading multi-brand omnichannel fashion platforms. Today, I lead Shop Management, Onsite Performance and Product Content for Peek & Cloppenburg, overseeing the European online shops across Germany, Austria, Poland and the Netherlands, as well as ansons.de. Together with three direct reports and a team of 20+, we drive commercial performance across the full digital customer journey. My scope includes onsite search and recommendations, content and promotion strategies, personalization, live shopping and omnichannel services such as in-store personal shopping appointments. As a central performance hub, my teams work closely with Marketing, Buying, Product, UX/UI and CRM to continuously improve relevance, conversion and customer experience. In addition, I initiated and scaled the company’s highly profitable Retail Media business, building strong partnerships with key brands and delivering data-driven, customer-centric media solutions with measurable commercial impact across our network.
