Employee Platforms Technology Developed Worker Activity Data Utility (WADU) – a data product containing analysis of employee activity, collaboration, working space and technology asset usage, office attendance, etc. This product is used by managers to evaluate and improve the efficiency of their team’s work. WADU data product was initially built on a proprietary Hadoop-based platform and later migrated to AWS/Databricks. Environment: AWS, Databricks, Oracle My contribution to the project: - Designed and maintained WADU data model (Erwin) - Developed ETL for ingestion and enrichment of worker activity data (Databricks SQL, PySpark, Oracle PL/SQL) - Maintained orchestration of workflows execution (Python, Autosys) - Worked with business product owners to elicit requirements and refine business logic.
Global Real Estate Technology Lead software engineering team’s effort to develop a Workplace Utilization Toolset which provided a data-driven capability to make local property management decisions as well as formulate and execute global location strategy, including firmwide migration to “flexible seating” model. The toolset consists of Tableau dashboards and BO reports on top of Telemetry data from multiple source systems integrated in a data warehouse on SAP Hana platform.
