About

I am a CEO and entrepreneur focused on building and scaling modern food & beverage platforms across franchise, ghost kitchen, and multi-brand ecosystems. Over the past 10+ years, I have founded and scaled businesses from zero to multi-location and franchise systems, with full responsibility for P&L, operations, brand development, and growth strategy. My core focus is not individual restaurants – but systems that scale restaurants. I specialize in building platform-based F&B models, where multiple brands, channels, and operating formats are integrated into one scalable structure. This includes take-away-first concepts, virtual brands, centralized operations, and data-driven controlling systems. I have led the development of: Multi-unit and franchise businesses from scratch Ghost kitchen and delivery-first platforms Multi-brand ecosystems with centralized operations Strategic partnerships and joint ventures with industry-leading groups End-to-end operational transformations and scaling models At the core of my work is a strong focus on: unit economics, operational scalability, and sustainable profitability under real-world market pressure. I combine entrepreneurial execution with structured operational thinking – building businesses that are not only creative, but repeatable, scalable, and investable. Today, I am focused on leading or building the next generation of F&B platforms at scale.
