We are in the midst of a new era in which AI is transforming knowledge work, leadership, and education. Technology is changing access to knowledge and power. My mission is to design educational concepts that prepare people and organizations for effective collaboration between humans and AI. As a study director at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden, I work at the intersection of: • Artificial Intelligence • Digital, sustainable business models • Entrepreneurship • Future skills • Educational innovation I develop study programs, learning experiences, and transformation initiatives that help people become creators of the future, rather than mere observers of change. We ask ourselves daily how we can best prepare our future generations to develop new digital businesses, products, and ecosystems together with technology. Managing is a thing of the past; applying AI is too.
