LLC, an Information Technology Systems LLC and Company owned properties. All with combined gross income of over $35 M. * Responsible for Financial Reports, Budgets, Projections, Cash Flow and Tax Planning of these entities as well as over 50 Third Party managed properties. * Since 2004, under my management, the accounting department grew from 2 employees to 10. * Managed the 401k, health insurance, commercial insurance, loans and asset purchases, negotiated all contracts. * Combined, there were over 100 employees and Independent Real Estate Agents. * Responsible for multiple upgrades of various software applications that related to operations all of the entities. * Assisted on various Merger and Acquisitions, especially the purchase of the Cleveland office in 2017. * Handle various financing as needed for entities. Developed money savings strategies and efficiencies with Commercial banking relationship. This helped to eliminate all fees. * Worked closely with our outside accounting firm to create the best tax planning for the Businesses and Owners.
* Responsible for integrity of the Accounting, Financing, IT and HR systems for 11 separate entities consisting of a Development/Construction company, a Property Management company and company owned properties, with combined income over $20 M. * Upgraded hardware and software of operations. * Negotiated financing for all purchases of buildings. Set up new entities for investment by outside parties. * Worked closely with outside accountants to create the best tax planning for purchase/sales of entities.
* Responsible for the integrity of the Accounting system, HR & IT for this $17 million manufacturer, distributor of wood products for the housing industry. Sold to major track builders. * Integrated new accounting computer system and procedures for company.
* With 4 locations in Ohio and KY, responsible for the integrity of the Accounting, Financial reporting, Taxes, HR and IT taxes for this $30 M distributor of roofing supplies to all roofing contractors. * Instituted new procedures to allow branches to operate independently within corporate objective.
