Leading applied scientific and systems engineering work supporting national scale planning and industrial economic development (4 No. on city scale). Producing high value intellectual capital, technical studies, and strategic frameworks for complex infrastructure and industrial city challenges. Advising on resilient infrastructure, logistics integration, and circular economy engineering. Supporting multidisciplinary teams across engineering, planning, and policy domains. Specifics: • Current Role and Organization: SABCO Manager of Engineering Studies and Technical Support (based in Ras Al Khair), overseeing and participating with multiple sub-groups including special projects, pipeline auditing, corrosion studies, industrial and commercial support, systems engineering, and third-party coordination. I led significant projects such as master planning for Jubail Industrial City (JIC) and Ras Al Khair Industrial City (RIC) developments. The flagship project over 2025 is the new strategic master for RIC that is aspired to bring about an additional 230-plus square kilometer industrial development zone and 100-plus square kilometer residential expansion adjacent JIC. • Previous Roles: 2022-to-2025: Manager of Engineering (MoE) Department (RIC) - tasked with creating a stand-alone engineering department independent of Jubail Industrial City. I expanded the fledgling department from the initial thirty (30) persons mobilized to RIC to just over ninety (90) staff after its launch in March 2022. During my tenure, I successfully managed the delivery of over fifty (50-plus) construction contracts for procurement. 2022–2025: While building the department alongside my MoE role, I also continued as Area Manager for Planning & Studies, a position I held at JIC before moving to RIC. During this period, over twenty (20+) studies were completed; pipelines and corrosion audits conducted; and more than eight hundred (800+) coordination requests processed.
