- Create sales decks for executives and sales team to pitch to clients at trade shows, demonstrations, et al. - Responsible for updating the company website with the latest photography of BMI Merchandise's products. Utilizing programs such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator. - Collaborate with customers to determine which products work best with their facility type, location, and demographics. - Negotiate with various third party vendors on the behalf of our clients regarding purchasing of current and upcoming inventory. - Manage expectations with different departments regarding the execution and delivery of BMI Merchandise products.
- Provides excellent customer service - Understands store concept, target customer and mall/center competition. - Enforces and educates company policies and standards. - Responsible for learning new product construction, fashion/style direction, target customer and communicating those concepts to staff. - Responsible for keeping store inventory at proper merchandising levels and communicating changes, needs, or suggestions when necessary. - Meets and exceeds set store and individual productivity goals. - Recruits, interviews, trains and motivates all store staff.
