Greater Hamburg Area
I’m a modern leader with a strong background in renewables—especially photovoltaics. Authenticity, openness, and building real relationships are at the heart of how I work. As a servant leader, I love to coach, share knowledge, and help everyone around me grow. I don’t shy away from challenges or conflict—they’re chances to learn and get better together. My goal: create a positive, supportive environment where people can thrive and bring out their best. Let’s make the energy transition happen—together.
