Overseeing all aspects of technical Hard Services, Soft Services, QHSE and site Security risk assessments with a team of 250+ employees.
Leading the Account Management team for all GWS-managed Automotive Experience, Power Solutions, Building Efficiency and GWS sites across Europe, Middle East and Africa – a mix of HQs, manufacturing plants, offices and R&D facilities. Also overseeing the account EMEA portfolio including facility management, projects and real estate services.
Responsible for the outsourcing of none core industrial business (utilities like compressed air, boilers, HVAC, energy, environment, water treatment etc.) of the P&G plants in Europe and Africa. Innovation leader for the global P&G account. Defining the innovation management process implementing and driving it.
