Preparation of Quarterly Management Accounts for an Aircraft Engine Securitization Portfolio and an Aircraft Securitization Portfolio. Cash management including recording of monthly Rental Collections and payment of Expenses. Prepare Monthly Cash Waterfall to Debt/Loan holders. Quarterly Board pack preparation. Presentation to Board of Directors at Quarterly Board Meetings. Preparation of annual financial statements. Liaison with auditors.
