About

"Continuous Improvement" isn't just a manufacturing or production catch phrase, it is a mindset that must be held by anyone that believes accountability is crucial for success in life, love, and business. I strive to employ a Continuous Improvement mindset in every facet of my life and to treat every relationship with respect, empathy, and accountability. In today's digital environment, it's easy to forget the importance of personally connecting with Family, Friends, Clients and coworkers. My Dad always said if you aren't going to do your absolute best while performing any task, why do it at all. I remind myself of his words often and use them when coaching in business and elsewhere. Accountability is key to avoiding blaming others and recognizing our own responsibility in outcomes that are less than desired. Modeling a behavior of accountability is contagious for your coworkers, direct reports, and everyone whose life you impact. Customer service with diligence, consistency, and an alignment of Client needs and Company goals will differentiate you from a crowded market while attention to detail and accountability will grow your market share. I use those philosophies when managing people to foster buy-in and build synergy between organizational goals and the wide variety of motivators staff members have. Additionally, I coach those skills, providing mid and lower level Managers the tools they need to advance their own careers while building a Culture of Accountability throughout the Organization and encouraging collaborative engagement in process improvement. I'm excited to offer my expertise in Operational Excellence, Team-Building, and Project Management to contribute to your success! • Executive Director of Operations at P3 Global Services
    Jun 2023 - Nov 2024 · 1 yr 6 mos

After the acquisition of Vison Media by P3 Global Services, I was tasked with closing Vision's primary production and storage facility by lease end while also designing and facilitating the racking and production layout of a smaller warehouse. My plan allowed the Operations Team to maintain inventory integrity while remaining within budget and avoiding service interruptions for our Studio and direct to consumer Clients while moving thousands of pallets. This project dramatically reduced lease liability and increased production efficiency, creating the opportunity for increased margins and client offerings. My other projects included creating an area and operations processes for media hard drive replication for a theatrical service provider and a quick-pick structure for fulfillment services for a direct to consumer client.

  • Executive Director, Operations at VISION MEDIA
    Mar 2020 - Jun 2023 · 3 yrs 4 mos

Hired just prior to the pandemic shut-downs, I was tasked with identifying and removing obstacles to profitability within the Operations space. Initiating cross-departmental collaboration between the Client Partnerships and Operations groups to develop and enforce better Standard Operating Procedures to solve service issues and inventory anomalies led to a huge inventory reconciliation project. The 18 month project exposed prior poor inventory management practices and SOP failures. The subsequent reconciliation allowed for inventory consolidation and purging, opening space for the creation of an efficient inventory management plan that fit better pick, pack and ship protocols. I also implemented operational changes to production procedures resulting in products moving through our facilities faster and with a greater level of accuracy for two major 3PL relationships.

  • Operations Supervisor at IRON MOUNTAIN
    May 2016 - Oct 2019 · 3 yrs 6 mos

With the acquisition of Preferred Media by Recall and then Iron Mountain, I initially managed the transition of the Burbank facilities and holdings into Iron Mountain Entertainment Services with the emphasis on maintaining exemplary levels of Customer Service and operational efficiency while continuing to increase profit margins. Understanding the stresses being acquired can place on a staff, I kept them focused on delivering the services our Clients expected while learning and practicing the new WMS so I could be a trusted source of information and training. I later directed the operations, staff, and facilities of 5 buildings across the greater Los Angeles area from City of Industry to Valencia.
