Michael Dyke is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the New Murabba Development Company (NMDC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF). NMDC leads the development of New Murabba, a transformative destination in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, that will redefine urban downtown living, and contribute to the city’s future development, in line with Saudi Vision 2030. Michael brings over 37 years of experience leading large-scale business enterprises and projects across multiple sectors and geographies. Prior to joining NMDC, he held senior positions at EDF, National Grid, Lend Lease, Skanska and Balfour Beatty, where he was a member of the Group Executive Committee, responsible as CEO for the company’s interest in HS2, Europe’s largest infrastructure project. He is a recognized leader in infrastructure, and is passionate about leading businesses and teams in the sector. As the CEO of NMDC, Michael plays a key role in shaping Riyadh’s dynamic future through a downtown destination that is both iconic and visionary.
