As a result, CCH made significant changes to its Sales, Order Processing, Shipping, Billing, and Inventory Management processes. Order processing times were cut from three weeks to two days, and associated labor costs reduced by over fifty percent.
Led project teams that have designed and implemented business applications on several client projects, including: order entry and customer service applications for a mail order pharmacy, a production planning system for a major food products company, and integrating production planning and shop floor control systems for a major manufacturer.
