    Interview potential new hires, train all new hires and eventually promote them to corporate trainers. I was able to do this for two of my recruits in under 2 months. A big part of the job was keeping the atmosphere positive and the tempo up for the whole sales team, turnover was very high, making it a neccessity for the business model. I excelled at sales as well as the recruiting. I left because the business model wasn't sustainable in my opinion, I wasn't passionate about the position or the product i was selling, (Quill office supplies). CSG moved a few months after I left to North Carolina. W.B. Mason has taken over New England.
