I am member of the Society of Marketing Professional Services (SMPS) but have also honed my skills in finance and business operations, thus rounding out my expertise. Currently, I serve as the Vice President of Business Growth and Strategy at LRI, where I work closely with the Senior Vice President to shape and execute our corporate and business objectives. In my role, I oversee the Business Development and Marketing functions, contribute to the corporate business/strategic planning, and lead special projects. I am dedicated to developing and executing both short and long-term business development strategies that drive growth in our client base, geographic reach, and acquisition opportunities. Enhancing LRI’s customer experience is a priority for me, and I’ve been involved in deploying CRM tools and standards to achieve this goal. I stay attuned to market trends and industry developments, conducting analyses and steering actions to ensure sustainable business growth. Regularly evaluating business performance indicators and fostering a culture of business development, I work closely with leaders to drive increased sales, market presence, and brand credibility.
