I currently work for The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, within North America Manufacturing IT. As a Senior Business Process Analyst, I work heavily with engineering and plant IT. My day-to-day responsibilities are: -Requirement gathering from local plant teams, and engineering -Developing and maintaining complex Tableau reports and dashboards -Ad-hoc reporting for Manufacturing IT -Perform and facilitate QA checks on data visualization projects -Troubleshoot data integrity issues Throughout my time at Goodyear, I have been developing numerous skills including: -Tableau Development -Tableau Flow -Basic SQL Skills -Agile/Scrum -Project Management Fundamentals -Professional Communication -Customer Support -Second-tier Technical Support -Manufacturing Methodologies and Best Practices -Knowledge Base Article (KBA) Writing -Process Flows Since the Covid-19 Pandemic began, I have been working remotely.
