My Role at Finova I’m a Talent Acquisition Partner at Finova, responsible for delivering high‑quality hiring across our tech, legal, and regulated teams while shaping a consistent, engaging candidate experience. I combine hands‑on recruitment delivery, process optimisation, employer branding, and strategic partnership with stakeholders.
