For 20+ years, I've taken premium consumer and retail businesses into new markets, transformed underperforming units, and scaled what works – across DTC, wholesale, B2B, digital, and omnichannel. I'm currently Interim CEO at ASK Scandinavia, a premium lifestyle scale-up, where I'm building the international go-to-market infrastructure across DTC, digital, and wholesale, alongside the governance, FP&A, margin and EBITDA discipline needed to support fundraising and accelerate sustainable growth. Before that, a year of C-suite advisory work: commercial due diligence on a €400M+ lifestyle brand acquisition (2,000+ FTEs and global distribution), and guiding a 150-store premium retailer through a full DTC and footprint redesign. At ECCO, I held full P&L ownership across multiple markets and leadership roles. As GM for Benelux & UK/Ireland, I delivered 20%+ YoY growth for three straight years, led the acquisition and integration of 37 franchise stores, and built omnichannel operations across 93 stores and 400+ wholesale accounts. As Retail Director Europe, I grew a 100-store estate to 300+ locations across 21 markets – a 79% revenue increase in three years. The markets span DACH, Benelux, UK & Ireland, the Nordics, Central & Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. I pair strategic clarity with hands-on execution, and I work closely with boards, founders, and PE investors.
