We also work with industry leading security partners to provide them with the API's they need to offer differentiated value on the AWS cloud. - Co-founding member of AWS Security Services (S2) - Helped hire and grow the organization through the first hundreds of employees - Helped develop and launch 6 AWS individual stand alone services and many dozen key sub-services through the entire working backwards process -- PRFAQ, executive buy in, development, roadmap, pricing, naming, go to market, launch, and ongoing development. - Services include Amazon GuardDuty, AWS Security Hub, Amazon Inspector, Amazon Detective, Amazon Macie, and Amazon Security Lake. - Hired and led the S2 product management team, including managers of managers - Grew the business from $0 over $1B in annual recurring revenue (ARR) - Continue to be on the Security Services leadership team
- Led the global infrastructure technology alliance team for Amazon Web Services - Tasked with accelerating adoption of AWS cloud infrastructure through our partner ecosystem - Helped grow the AWS ISV partner ecosystem from a few informal relationships to over 8,000 software partners in five years - Hired and lead a global team covering all key infrastructure categories, including directly managing our top 150 infrastructure software partners & strategic alliances - Negotiated several key alliances that resulted in owning a annual $3B influenced revenue business at exit in 2015 - Amazon bar raiser
