Product Innovation. I possess a strong curiosity to explore new opportunities in many aspects of design, technology and operational excellence. My design career began in high school art class, where I created a series of furniture pieces out of, and calling attention to, recycling (we just received our 1st Blue Box) in my grandfather's carpentry shop. Since then, the drive for curiosity and developing solutions has only grown, which fostered my career path to my current Product Manager role with a large cabinetry manufacturer and part of the Executive Team directing the core strategy of the organization. I believe collaboration provides the best results and my talent for cultivating relationships have been key to successes throughout my career. Customer-centricity is always at the forefront of my decision making but in balance with operational abilities and brand DNA. Through this philosophy, I have been fortunate to learn from many experiences in the design industry from celebrity collaborations, custom furniture, and millwork manufacturing. These experiences have developed my skill set, both technically in design and software but also in core business management. My drive is fueled by a very active lifestyle. I engage in activities like kitesurfing and mountain biking, consistently pushing my physical and mental boundaries. In addition, I am constantly inspired by my daughter and her dedication to her art, dance.
