San Francisco Bay Area
I once told a hiring team that my greatest weakness was not knowing my own worth—an answer I learned could use some refinement! Since then, I’ve learned to embrace my honesty and self-awareness, seeing them as assets, especially when supporting clients and partners in navigating complex fields. Growing up in San Francisco, I was a “jack-of-all-trades” kid, trying everything from soccer and water polo to acting and music production. I was far from an expert in any of them, but my real strength emerged: building relationships across different groups and interests. That knack for connection ultimately led me to double major in Psychology and General Social Science (Applied Economics, Business & Society) at the University of Oregon, where I explored what motivates people and businesses. My career began in video production as an assistant editor at Pilgrim Studios, working on shows like The Ultimate Fighter and Street Outlaws. While I enjoyed the unfiltered content, I wanted more direct engagement with people and soon transitioned to commercial insurance. There, I developed a unique skill set in client relationship management and became licensed to manage my own book of business. Later, I joined a team to launch a medical spa insurance program, collaborating with software engineers to build a CRM-integrated platform that streamlined client communication and freed up time for relationship-building. This experience taught me the power of combining technology with a personal touch. But while I valued the entrepreneurial aspects, I knew I wanted to work in an industry with a product that felt more personally meaningful. I’m now seeking opportunities where I can leverage my skills in sales, teamwork, and adaptability in a field where I can make a lasting impact. Let’s connect! I’m always open to discussing new roles, ideas, and opportunities.
