Key Responsibilities - Design, launch and on-going management of one-goodthing.com - Managing logistics and fulfillment across all territories - Managing the relationship between the company and external agencies (development and marketing) - Managing all areas of digital strategy (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC and SEM) - Constant review of metrics and analytics against objectives and trends to identify and implement site improvements. - Managing the maintenance and improvement of the website, ensuring all functionality is tested before going live. - Ensure that all site content is in line with company strategy.
-Responsible for production and delivery of all OSN program information across Set Top Box, Web and digital platforms. -Delivery of multiple product enhancement projects across web, app and STB platforms. -Managing the publication of content to all OSN digital platforms. -Managing the flow of metadata from ingest through to broadcast. -Recruiting and managing a team of writers and translators. -Working with local and international broadcasters to continuously improve the quality and richness of program information (Discovery, Disney, Viacom, BBC, ITV, MBC.) -Responsible for metadata side of all new product launches and deployments. (WAVO, OSN Play, OSN Store) -Budget management
-Responsible for creating and delivering EPG information across Set-Top-Box, print and web platforms -Launching region's first Arabic EPG -Recruiting and managing a team of writers/translators -Growing the portfolio of channels available on the EPG
-Managing a portfolio of channels to ensure accurate EPG data -Supervisory role in team -Interviewing and training new team members -Troubleshooting technical issues with program data
