Currently serving as Head of Communications and Cultural Promotion at the International Geneva Welcome Centre (CAGI), I lead a multifaceted portfolio covering institutional communications, international visitor programmes, and cultural partnerships. My responsibilities include the management of public information desks at the UN and CERN, the organisation of thematic visits for diplomatic and academic audiences, and the design of communication tools tailored to multilateral and intercultural stakeholders. With a solid background in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement, and international marketing, I act as a connector between the international and local Geneva communities. I have successfully led the development of the organisation’s visual identity, digital platforms, editorial strategy, and public relations efforts — while fostering long-term partnerships with UN agencies, diplomatic missions, NGOs, and cultural actors. As an experienced cross-cultural manager, I thrive in multicultural environments and navigate complex institutional ecosystems with ease. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, English, and French, and with an intermediate level of Spanish, I bring intercultural sensitivity and linguistic versatility — essential assets in today’s global and multilingual landscape. - Development and implementation of CAGI’s internal and external communication strategy, including cross-cultural communication. - Organisation of events designed to foster interaction between the international community and local residents, as well as to promote Geneva’s cultural identity through visits to local landmarks and participation in emblematic events. - Coordination of themed events and cultural initiatives in partnership with Permanent Missions and Consulates based in Geneva. - Management of the Cultural Kiosks at the United Nations Office at Geneva and CERN, providing internationals and staff with up-to-date information on Geneva’s rich cultural and leisure offerings. Tickets for selected events are available directly at the kiosks. - Management of a Delegates Information Desk at the United Nations Office at Geneva and other international organizations, offering practical advice and local recommendations to delegates attending international conferences. - Organisation of presentations on International Geneva for diplomatic, academic, and cultural delegations
- Definition and implementation of the partnership strategy in line with the company’s policy. - Organisation and preparation of events across various sectors, including culture, sports, and festivals. - Proposal and coordination of high-level partnerships aligned with strategic objectives
- Coordination of communication managers across four Fnac stores and supervision of internal communication tools. - Definition and implementation of the brand’s cultural strategy in Switzerland through major public events such as the Geneva International Book Fair, Fnac Photo Marathon, concerts, and public forums. - Organisation of roadshows for renowned artists and authors. - Management of event logistics and negotiation of media planning with radio stations and newspapers. - Drafting of press releases and press kits; centralisation and handling of all media interview requests. - Production of speeches, newsletters, leaflets, brochures, and website content. - Negotiation and coordination of partnerships and sponsorship agreements. - Representation of Fnac Switzerland as official spokesperson to the national media. - Implementation and monitoring of the communication department’s budget
- Implementation of cultural activities and events in line with the monthly Fnac forums schedule (literature, showcases, technology talks, and conferences). - Definition of partnership strategies for festivals, concerts, and promotional campaigns. - Implementation of local commercial initiatives within the store, aligned with brand policy and strategic objectives. - Creation of dedicated events to promote new products and customer services. - Management of internal communication through the provision, development, and regular update of communication tools. - Participation in media planning and buying processes, as well as in the coordination of advertising production to promote local events to the public
