I am a User Researcher and have a PhD in Psychology. I have completed user research assignments over last 10 years for UK Export Finance, HMRC (twice), Home Office, Department of International Trade (now DBT) & Ministry of Justice. I specialize in the application & development of user research methods, how to apply these in agile scrum-based teams and mentoring new user researchers.
