I am a User Researcher and have a PhD in Psychology. I have completed user research assignments over last 10 years for UK Export Finance, HMRC (twice), Home Office, Department of International Trade (now DBT) & Ministry of Justice. I specialize in the application & development of user research methods, how to apply these in agile scrum-based teams and mentoring new user researchers.

Ensured large scale IT systems were usable and added value to business processes, managed the change that people had to go through, and trained them properly. I managed a group of 45 consultants including human factors, logistics, business process & change specialists and trainers.
