Oversee and handle all HR and Payroll related functions

Assists with and has conducted various internal investigations. Assists with training and use of Relias platform.
As First Assistant I am second only to the General Manager of the location. My roles include HR management for our location in terms of reviewing applications, conducting interviews and assisting new hires throughout the hiring process. I also process their paperwork through Ultipro Onboading as well as process their I9's and ADP Tax Screening. In addition I activate time cards in Kronos and process weekly and daily payroll as well. I am also in charge of supply ordering for our location. Previously I have also completed our weekly staff schedule. I also oversee building operations on a daily basis.
