Serving as liaison and outreach contact to educate, energize and empower the communities of Central Pennsylvania during the approach and collection of 2020 Census enumerations. Service to communities within Lycoming, Sullivan, Tioga, Potter and Clinton counties, organization, presentations and outreach across spectrums of public and private groups. Grants and Public Assistance (municipal) Manager resulting from a Declared Disaster (DR-4408-PA) and the August 2018 deluge of rainfall. In the disaster area, 125 municipalities around the North East and North Central region stretching from Pike county to Tioga to Columbia, whole damages exceeded 65 million dollars. This process began in December 2018, on boarding and training lasted through March. Although short lived a move to the U.S. Department of Commerce lives in the horizon.
