Universal Electronic's Board of Directors has appointed Mr. Burger as a director, effective immediately, to serve a term expiring at the 2026 Annual Meeting or until his successor is duly elected and qualified. On May 2, 2025, the Board also appointed Mr. Burger to the Operations Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors as well as the Audit Committee.
