Being focused on delivering consistent business results is critical, but the status quo is also not acceptable (and not that much fun). The ability to consider both of these simultaneously and continuously develop innovative business/process solutions requires creativity, technical know-how, team work, perseverance, and a willingness to challenge the boundaries of what is considered possible. I thrive on working in these environments and typically combine Brainstorming, analytical/mathematical models, and Change Management and Business Process Improvements to deliver significantly improved business results. Throughout my life this has been a common theme – from sports teams and "odd" jobs in high school and college, working as an Industrial Engineer and Plant Manager, helping companies in a variety of Consulting roles, work in large businesses (IBM), and more recently at LLamasoft and Coupa working with companies across a variety of industries and to solve business problems across all facets of supply chains.
