Reporting to our CEO, I serve on the leadership team while overseeing growth strategy and community engagement for the Hult Prize Foundation globally. I lead a team of 7 to connect with universities, develop partnerships, and increase social venture participation. Additionally, I manage our Salesforce implementation to enhance data utilization, support strategic growth initiatives, and ensure user adoption through training.
As North America Regional Manager, I was responsible for expanding the Hult Prize presence across the United States and Canada by engaging universities, fostering partnerships, and recruiting students to participate in our global competition. I worked closely with campus representatives, organized regional events, and developed partnerships with value-aligned organizations to support the Hult Prize community and drive participation. My efforts contributed to significant growth in university engagement and participant involvement throughout North America.
Provided consulting services to help Chinese businesses expand into North American and Western European markets. Offered strategic guidance on sales cycle differences between China and Western markets, and developed tailored approaches to foster strong, customer-focused relationships. Collaborated closely with sales teams to adapt their strategies for international clients, emphasizing cultural nuances and effective relationship-building practices.
Collaborated with regional government and community organizations to assess economic needs, provide training in business skills, and mentor local entrepreneurs in developing and managing their ventures. Promoted sustainable business practices and expanded the quality and marketing of local goods and services.
