Several years working as Discipline Lead and Project Manager for projects of various scale in Denmark and abroad whilst undertaking project planning, project economies, steering committee report-ing and team management. Since 2010 member of the Departmental Management Group. 2009 – 2010 Assistance to the Danish Road Directorate and the Danish Rail Authorities in developing the Danish National Annexes during the implementation of bridge specific Eurocodes. 2011 – 2013 Assistance of Danish Standards and undertaking composite structures under the European working group CEN/TC 250/SC4.
