The CEO and senior executive team recruited me to prepare them for rapid growth by driving scale and cost-effectiveness into the transportation, logistics, and fleet operations. Planned and administered a 9-figure budget, directed repair and maintenance of 23K+ assets, and created a range of strategies to achieve cost reduction goals, including National Fleet Capability, Reliability, and Alternative Fuel programs.
