TEMP • Verify delivery status of previous place orders. • Fulfill or discontinue catalog requests. • Respond to customers questions regarding product specifications.
TEMP- • Respond to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims. • Analyze problems and provide information/solutions. • Thoroughly documents inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. • Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner . • Research and analyze data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. • Provide external and internal customers with requested information. • Receive and places follow-up telephone calls / e-mails to answer customer questions that are routine in nature. • Seek, understand and respond to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
• High volume customer service, responding to Health & Human Services and EBT calls. • Accurately refer callers to the appropriate community agency, program and or service. • Document narrative and statistical records accurately for each caller. • Provide high quality customer service to all callers • Assist individuals who are experiencing difficulties or lacking the ability needed to make effective contact with agencies, programs and or services. • Represent the company effectively to callers and agencies on the phone, via email and in person.
• Receive and place customer orders, and make necessary corrections to existing orders. • Accurately handle credit card orders and resolve any issues that customers may have with billing, deliveries dates and or times as well as any additional problems that arise from the time the order is placed until the delivery is received by the recipient. • Document all information from customers, recipients and florist on all orders. • Resolve issues promptly and provide high quality customer service on any questions or concerns our customers may have on present or future orders. • Assist florists nationwide with any questions, changes and or problems with orders and relay the information to the customer. • Represent From You Flowers effectively to florists, customers and recipients on the phone.
