Accountable to deliver the SAP S4 functional solution for PepsiCo Concentrate US, Quaker, Gatorade and Corporate.
Leading the development and delivery of the North American Financial Planning and Analytics solution for PBNA and PFNA. Partnering with the Global Digital Planning Team (MOSAIC), as the IT Delivery Lead for the program, accountable for deploying and scaling the TM1 IBM Planning Analytics solution.
Developed strategic roadmap to optimize and customize the Order to Cash Value Chain to enable new capabilities for the North America business units.
