Accepted a Promotion to Oversee the daily operation of all three lines of business of the hauling division. The position also required that I oversee the proper maintenance of our fleet to the highest "One Fleet" standard. My responsibilities also had me oversee the P&L, customer service, and making sure we kept up with all guidelines set forth in the hauling contract with Indian River County, and the town of Indian River shores. I was also responsible for our Indian River County Landfill contract, and the five County Convenience Centers. From the Landfill side I was responsible for the P&L, compliance to all FDEP standards and requirements. I also had to manage any third party construction companies brought in by the County for larger projects outside the contract language, like cell construction, and closure plans.

Over saw the day to day operation of the UWL Landfill to make sure the facility was in compliance with all EPD regulations. Went through bi- annual inspections from the state with no adverse findings being found during my entire time at the site. I was responsible to make sure we always had coverage on site with state certified Landfill Operators at anytime we opened our gates for business, at the same time making sure we controlled our labor costs through efficiencies that were identified early on in my time with the Landfill.
