About

I’m an engineering leader who thrives at the intersection of advanced manufacturing, real-time data, and human-centered operations. With a career spanning engineering, capital project delivery, automation, and multi-site operational strategy, I specialize in building the next generation of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 systems — where intelligent technology, people, and purpose align to drive sustainable performance. At Traditional Medicinals, I lead engineering strategy and execution across all manufacturing sites, including multi-year capital programs, digital transformation initiatives, and reliability-driven maintenance systems. My work focuses on designing smart, connected operations using UNS architecture, automation, predictive analytics, and continuous improvement, all while staying grounded in GMP and regulatory rigor. Beyond my professional role, I’m a serial volunteer and youth sports advocate, building community programs and supporting rural athletics with the same commitment and energy I bring to engineering. I believe strong communities and strong companies share the same ingredients: clarity, consistency, and a willingness to build systems that truly serve people. Whether I’m architecting a digital factory, launching a new initiative, or helping develop the next generation of leaders, my approach is consistent: practical, data-driven, collaborative, and always looking a few steps ahead.
